Computer Lab, Monday Morning

After getting his assignment from class, Hannibal made his way back to the computer lab and took a seat. He figured going through the internet would be quicker than going through books in the library.

And really, the internet would have all the salacious rumors about his particular topic. He didn't know if Professor Whitaker particularly wanted an assignment filled with gossip but Hannibal knew it made for a more entertaining paper.

So, he took a seat at one of the computers and started doing his research. Jose Canseco was such a poser.

[Open, of course! Posted for the TV class but totes open for anyone who wants to chat! Hannibal won't be there long, though.]

"Douche?" Adora repeated. "Is that a good or a bad thing?"

"Oh, bad," he said, wincing. "It's sort of a bad name for someone. Like namecalling."

Adora raised an eyebrow at him, "So you know this man well enough to call him names?"

"Well, I don't know him personally but reading all this stuff?" Hannibal waved the papers at him. "Douche."

"I wonder why Ms. Whitaker would want you to research a douche," Adora said, trusting Hannibal's assessment. "She gives us the strangest activities."

"She's a little scattered," he agreed. "But at least we don't sit in class all day, right?"

"True, it's nice to get out and see campus with a purpose in mind," she said. "I can't help but learn."

"How are your other classes going?" he asked conversationally.

"Good, I think? It's sometimes hard to tell with Captain Hammer," she supplied, knowing full well he was in that class, too.

"Yeah, he's a little...spacey," Hannibal agreed. "He wasn't even there last week, though. Good for us, right?"

Good for him. Ahem.

"Uh huh. It was nice to do something different," Adora said, unsure if she should own up to knowing She-Ra or not. "Do you have another class besides the two?"

"Nope, just two for me," he said. "Anymore and I might sprain my brain."

"That would be a tragedy," Adora laughed. "It's good the school doesn't require more."

"It would be," he said and patted his head. "I've got a very pretty brain."

"I hope you take care of that brain when you're not in class," she said.

"I do!" he promised. "Just the other day, I got a scalp massage."

"Oh, now that sounds like you're spoiling it," she teased. "I'd hate for mine to get any ideas."

"I could give you one if you ever need one," Hannibal offered.

He was really good at making her go pink. "Be careful, I might take you up on it," she warned with a grin.

"That's why I offered," he said and winked.

"It might involve swords just as a warning." Her easy tone might clue him in on her joke.

"Ow!" Hannibal quipped, rubbing his head. "That might be tricky."

Adora snickered, ducking her head, "You should stop by sometime and I'll show you how tricky it's not."

Huh, was that dirty? She hoped not.

"Why, Adora, I would be happy to stop by sometime," he said cheerfully.

"Wonderful!" Adora smiled. "Now, do you think you could be a gentleman and turn this view screen into paper for me? I fear I nearly destroyed the machine last week in the attempt at making copies."
