Firekeeper and Blind Seer wandered in to the common room at the usual time for Darkest Night, only to find... reruns. Bah.

Oh well. Just because she'd seen this episode before wasn't going to stop her from watching it again.

Tahiri almost started to tell her about Jacen's awful jokes when he was younger, but clamped down on the impulse. "Wolf humor is different?"

"Wolf humor is mostly teasing, which is same as some here," she explained. "But- for beasts, language is made of many things, not just words the way humans do. Is hard sometimes, getting meaning from words."

Tahiri nodded. "You have to learn to listen to completely different things. I know how that is. And you haven't had as much time to get used to it as I have."

"I not know if I ever do," she admitted, well aware of her grammar, uh 'issues'.

"I wouldn't worry about it," Tahiri assured her. "I like the way you talk. It's different."

"I think you is maybe only one who think that. About liking it. I think everyone think it different."

"So? There's nothing wrong with being different," Tahiri said, her characteristic stubbornness flaring to life. "Just because something's different doesn't mean it's wrong."
