Second Floor Common Room, Wednesday Evening

Firekeeper and Blind Seer wandered in to the common room at the usual time for Darkest Night, only to find... reruns. Bah.

Oh well. Just because she'd seen this episode before wasn't going to stop her from watching it again.

Hurley poked his head into the common room, then grinned and bounded over.

"You're back!" he said.

"Am," she nodded. "Few days, now." The name of the exact day she'd come back escaped her at the moment.

"That's awesome," Hurley said. "We missed you."

"Hey Hurley," Dinah said, the realized she had no popcorn, and got up to make some, searching the cupboards for it. "You done with exams yet?"

"Hey Dinah," Hurley said. "Yep. Had 'em both yesterday. You?"

Dinah came up the stairs, swinging her new bike helmet by her fingers, then swerved to enter the Common Room when she caught sight of Blysse and Blind Seer. "Hi! Is it a new one?" She flopped down at the other end of the couch, and put the helmet on the floor.

"No," she managed to look almost as disappointed by this as she had when she'd found out she'd missed fighting zombies. "We see before. Is one with war... flashbacks?" it took her a moment to remember the term.

"Ooo, right, the one in the trenches?" Dinah asked. Lee was particularly shirtless in that one. "Or the one with the crazy Nazis?" She grinned at Blind Seer and reached over to scratch behind his ears. "You guys settling back in?"

Francine had been making her way down from the roof towards her own floor, but when she heard the sounds of the Darkest Night theme rising up the stairwell, she just kept on heading down.

When she poked her head into the common room and saw who was there, her small smile turned to a wide one. "Firekeeper! You're back!"

"Am," she replied. "Since..." after a few moments, she gave up trying to remember the day of the week. "Day that come before I work," she came up with finally.

"Saturday," Francine said after a second. Then, "You were in class, weren't you, and I totally missed it because I'm oblivious like that my player forgot we shared a class on Tuesdays shut up I had my face in a carton of ice cream."

"Hey, Francine. How are your finals going?" Dinah held up the popcorn bowl invitingly. "This ep's the one with extra shirtless soldiers."

"They're over," Francine said, going over to plop down beside her. "All my classes were on Tuesday."

"Hey." Tony waved at Francine.

"Hi, Tony." She pointed at the screen. "This one's been on before, right? I'm not losing my mind?" Any more than usual.

He probably should've been studying, but there was shirtless Lee Nicholas, even if it was a rerun. Tony waved at the people in the room and dropped down in one of the chairs, wincing as sore muscles protested.

"Hey you," Dinah said cheerfully, then eyed him with some concern. "Why are you moving like you got hurt somehow?"

"'Cause your buddy Arthur decided yesterday that I needed to learn how to fight," Tony said.

"Tony!" Firekeeper said, as if she hadn't just seen him yesterday. "You work hard?"

"Catching up on what you missed?" asked Tahiri, wandering in and flopping into a chair.

"I see this one already," Firekeeper complained. Note how that didn't stop her from watching it again.

"Hey, Tahiri," Dinah said, offering her popcorn. "Did I miss anything exciting today?"

"You no have enough yesterday?" Firekeeper asked. Which was kind of ironic coming from someone whose upbringing revolved around eating whenever possible.
