Third Floor Common Room - During Lunchtime/Afternoon Classes
After her Civil War Reenactment class (and seriously, what were her parents thinking with that one?), Joan decided to make lunch in the common room. Nothing fancy, just some sandwiches and cut up fruit, but she had spent the weekend hiding from the insanity of the new folks and figured it was time to get out and meet people.
Rather than put the TV on and deal with trashy talk shows or soap operas, Joan had the radio tuned to an 80s station and was bopping along to the music as she worked.
[open to new & old alike! sandwiches & fruit are totally moddable.]

Which didn't seem fair to her, but it was a good question.

"I'm Maron," she added, with a grin over her shoulder. "And I'm so new I squeak still."

A pause.
"Magic, I mean? It's a bit confusing." If only because she wasn't keen on being anything but ordinary. This school seemed low on ordinary.

Having God talk to you would do that to a girl.

"Please tell me I can have some of the food," he said as he stopped on the third floor. Why would he go up and make his own if there was food here for the taking?

"Oh no. Did Kevin tell you about this place? He promised not to tell."
