The Deck -- Late Saturday Morning
If you listened to radio, there were apparently certain... rumors going around that one Emma Grace Frost was 'Difficult.'
Which in no way, shape, or form, had influenced herself to throw on a white bikini and go lay out on the deck today. While diamond. Far be it from Emma to be that spiteful.
She was simply trying to relax enough to change back. Really. Seeing how many rainbows she could cause or freaking out her fellow classmates was simply a side-bonus.
[OOC: Open deck, open post! I'm at woooooooork and should be amused.]

For one, he was still kinda drunk from last night, for two, he'd taken his good painkillers to deal with still being stuck in a sling and for three, he didn't freak out.
"If the sun catches you just right, you might blind someone," he said, wandering closer to her.

No they weren't.

Big words from someone who was now sporting a think, pink scar on her midriff as a reminder to shield.

The time for hugging had clearly passed.

She tilted her head at Emma, offering her a smile, as the puppy wandered over to say hi, his tail wagging. The sparkling was fairly new, Ino was pretty sure.
//Newer and more fabulous than ever before?// she asked, figuring that with Emma, at least, being non-vocal--though she'd been talking to Zack-the-Puppy vocally for the last day and a bit--would require no explanation.
Alas, Ino. Alas.

//It's Zack,// she replied, a bit weirded out that Emma hadn't responded to what she'd said, even in part.
She neatly curled herself up in another lounge chair and was not particularly surprised when Zack bounced over to flop down on her in short order. He'd been doing that a lot. The flopping on.
Ino ruffled his fur. //What happened to you?//

//Been busy,// Ino replied, then took a breath and made herself continue vocally. She didn't want to and she didn't like it, but between the way it made Zack, even as a puppy, happy and how she was relatively sure Emma would scathe at her... okay. She could try. "Ain't like I live on the roof, you know?"

Hey, if Emma was going to be conveniently providing them, why not take advantage?

Mmm issues. The puppy gave her a severely dubious look--she hadn't exactly planned on going anywhere with the Frisbee either--before wriggling happily over to see Karla.
"Something like that anyway," Ino said, in quiet response to Karla. "Hey."

and because I think it's funny to have two of Shannon's modded characters up here. She'd made jesses out of spidersilk, but hadn't attached them yet--knowing how Warren felt about restraints, she was a little leery about tying them to his legs without reason.Wow. The deck was busy today. "Kiss kiss," she said with a quick wave, before turning back to the parakeet on her wrist. "You behave yourself and don't go flying too high and you can stay as you are," she instructed him. "But if I have to fetch you, the jesses go on."

Because he couldn't very well babysit Karla for her if he was being a birdbrain.
