It's 12:48 pm. Jaye is still in her pajamas. She may still have some bedhead going on. She is camped out on the sofa of the second floor common room with a blanket, a pillow, and a super size bottle of aspirin. And water. Lots of water. She also ordered out for pizza. And she hates everything on TV and wishes someone brought a movie. Because she's not going back upstairs.

Her head hurts. However, that shouldn't discourage anyone from stopping by and teasing (as she's too icky to care) or joining in the ughness (as you may have a better story).

"No, but any of you could have," Aeryn says, not mentioning how much she had to drink.

"Chrissmass I can deal with. I hate this one."

"Oh," Cameron looks disappointed. "I'm sorry to hear that. I take it you didn't have fun last night?"

"Parts of it were good," she says. "Parts of it were... oddly mortifying."

"Oh," he frowns. "You should totally concentrate on the good parts. Like the midnight kissing. I'm sorry if I added to the errr... mortification."

"No, you were worrisome but entertaining."

"I'll take comfort in that while the whole school laughs at me," he says slightly amused, but only very slightly and far away from Parker.

"The whole school was drunk, too," she reminds him.

"Except for you," he points out.

Cameron raises an eyebrow. "You're not a cheap drunk?"

It takes her a second to figure that out. "Not when I have long stretches of time to get sober."

"John kept you running after him?" He guesses.

"He fell asleep on me once."

Cameron coughs and splutters because he's so taking that wrong.

Aeryn rolls her eyes at him. "Standing up," she says.

"Ah, I knew that." He says quickly, but he's still pretty red. "That's kinda hard to do..."

"Yes..." Almost belatedly, she realizes what he must have been thinking, and her eyes go wide. "And that," she says, "Never happened."

"Of course not!" Cameron says quickly. "That's... Not that... I mean... You're and... Not that I'm..." Cameron is flailing.

Aeryn blinks. "You've completely lost me."

"I think that's a good thing..." Cameron's ears are still very pink.

"...It probably is..." She's not sure what it means but knows she should probably feel embarrassed. Also, she feels the need to clarify something without knowing what.

He nods. "Yeah, errr... yeah." He clears his throat. "I really don't like seafood."

She raises an eyebrow. "We went from... that to seafood?"
