Second floor common room, Sunday morning

Aeryn doesn't like doing things that might embarrass herself. However, it's also Sunday morning and she knows what time it is. Some things are just more Important.

So she wakes up early, makes her way into the second floor common room, careful of anyone who may be camped out there, and turns on the TV.

She might sing along with the "Smile Time" theme song. She's definitely swaying back and forth with the music. For she is five.

"It's a weapon. You fire it and it shoots pulse blasts at things you want to die," Aeryn explains.

"I can't use one yet, but I can put one together," she says.

"Coooool," Callisto said. "My papa's going to teach me to use a bow this summer, iffen I can prove I'm gonna be responsible."

"Like with arrows?"

"Uh huh," Callisto nodded. "I'm gonna be a hunter like Papa when I'm growed up, an' 'Tia's gonna be a healer like Mama."

"Who's Tia?"

"My sister, she's bigger'n me," Callisto said proudly. "But her name's not really 'Tia, it's High-pay-tee-ah."

"Oh," she says. "I don't have sisters. Or brothers."

"That's bad," Callisto frowned, then smiled. "You can share 'Tia!"

"But she's yours," says Aeryn.

"You can share sisters," Callisto said. "Besides, if she's your sister than means you're my sister too."

Aeryn shrugs. "Okay," she says.

"Yay!" Callisto said. "I always wanted a little sister, an' you'll like 'Tia too."
