Fifth Floor Common Room, Thursday Evening

Bel was busy setting up the fifth floor common room. He pushed the couches and chairs to the walls to clear the center of the room, then arranged some pallets he'd found and shimmered upstairs to create a makeshift runway. He lined the edges with white christmas tree lights. Music, big flashlight to serve as a spotlight, yeah, he was set.

There was nothing like watching someone else humiliate themselves when you've suffered it the night before.

Togusa wandered in, looking at the transformed room. "What's going on here?" He asked.

"There's going to be a little fashion show tonight," Bel said with a grin.

"Togusa!" Pippi said flouncing up to give him a hug.

Pippi flouned up after meeting the new Ethics teacher in the park.

"Hey Bel! What are you up to?"

"Setting things up to make this a proper fashion show," Bel said.

Billy was wondering the same thing. He wondered if perhaps Bel was trying out a singing career.

After discovering the joys of the fifth floor the day before, Mac has ventured all the way back up there. Just to check whether the action of the night before was pure fluke or not.

"Wow, what's going on up here now?"

"Fashion show," Bel said. "Just as soon as Anders shows up."

Alanna was...walking in circles. For no reason what's so ever. "Decorating?"

Parker waved to Alanna from the doorway, grinning. "Hey. What do you think of his eyeshadow?"

Dean was just on his way back to his room, noticing that once again the common room on the fifth floor seemed to be the center of attention. "So yesterday was hair-care and karaoke, what is it tonight? Manicures and a dance-a-thon?"

"One man fashion show," Bel said, grinning. "Starring Anders."

Mac looked up at the very, very tall boy. He probably seemed taller since she was sitting down. "Minus the manicure, and I you're almost there. At least, I'm hoping for dancing. More humiliation potential."

Lyra walked into the common room, toweling her hair dry. She'd been caught in a momentary downpour on the way back from town. She stopped in her tracks when she saw the chaos ensuing.

"What's going on?"

Dean looked over to Lyra, smiling. "Hey, Lyra! Trying to figure it out, myself."

Alphonse blinked when he saw the new arrangements in the common room. "Well, this is interesting."

Deciding that Xander needed a break- a break that involved actually leaving the room- from packing, Bridge drags him up to the fifth floor common room.

"Well that's... different," he remarks, going to find a spot on one of the couches.

"Fashion show," Bel said. "Anders's will be modeling for us this evening."

Billy found his way to the 5th floor common room. "Singing again?"

Anders stalked up the stairs from his room in a sparkly red evening dress (http://pics.livejournal.com/futurebucs_star/pic/0000fqth/), matching shoes, and clip-on earrings -- the latter two courtesy of Parker -- and an expression that for half a second hinted that he was about to kill Bel.

Until he switched into his brightest, most cheerful smile.

If you listened closely, you might hear the teeth grinding.

They had heard some noise coming from the upstairs, so being the question-pair that they were, they went up to check it out.

Parker grinned and leaned against the doorway, applauding Anders, and giving the occasional wolf-whistle of encouragement. She scanned the room, noted the newbies getting the best first impression of Anders possible, and grinned.

There was a lot of noise coming from the 5th floor, and Stark happened to be wandering around like he does, so he went to check it out.

After poking his head into the common room he wasn't sure whether he regretted investigating the noise or not.
