Third Floor Common Room, Wednesday Morning

Tori found that she couldn't sleep any longer, so grabbing a book and a blanket, she moved out into the common room.

She sat down to read and just mull over her first day at Fandom High. And perhaps she'd get to meet even more people today. At that thought, she couldn't help but smile.

Despite the disquiet garnered from listening to the radio before he went to sleep, Neil slept well and woke relatively early. Careful not to disturb Conner, he slipped out for a quick shower, then dressed in nice slacks, shirt and a sweater.

Brushing his hand through his hair, Neil padded out into the common room. He'd heard something about there being food stuffs and maybe something to drink, like juice or tea. Either would be good this morning.

Tori hadn't expeccted anyone to be up this early, she hadn't really expected herself to be up at this time either, so it was a bit of a surprise when she realized someone else had made their way to the common room.

Looking up, she smiled. "Morning." She waved at the new person.

"Random new kid number 539 who I have not met!" Alanna called out, happily craddling her coffee.

"Hey," Cassie said with a wave.

Waiting for coffee...and so many new people. The twins waved in another lazy morning greeting.

Summer wasn't usually awake this early, but since she was, she wandered into the common room. Maybe she would meet some of the new students.

Tori turned at the sound of footsteps and smiled as she saw a girl make her way into the common room.

"Hi there." Tori waved, hoping she hadn't startled the girl.

"New kid from last time." Alanna said with a side ways smile. She had coffee.

There wasn't anyone in her own common room, so Cassie wandered up a floor. She figured human contact was a good thing after her... 'encounter' with Teddy last night.

"Hey... bunches of people I've not met yet."

Summer smiled, waving at the girl she didn't recognize. "Hi new person."

"Hey there." Tori replied with a smile. She waved at the new girl.

Coffee took a little while to make, so both twins leaned against the counter, observing everyone in the common room. Upon noticing a new face, both waved a little in lazy-morning greeting.

Alanna came into the common room and headed for the refrigerator. Faithful trotted in after her.

Hearing footsteps, Tori looked up from her book at the redhead. "Hi." She smiled.

"Ooooh, kitty," Cassie said. "Is he yours?"

Conner shuffled sleepily into the common room in search of a bowl of cereal or something, and ideally some caffeine. Because he still wasn't awake enough to even process who all was in the room as he waved vaguely and mumbled something that sounded like "Hey, everybody."

Tori heard someone come in and greet the room but she was too engrossed in her book to look up.

"Hey there." She greeted, with a small wave.

Conner seemed to be in the same state as the twins, so they waved a little at the caffeine searcher as they set up the coffee maker.

Nadia wandered downstairs to look for Walter and drill him ask him about his new doppelganger, who she'd never gotten around to doing more than just kind of staring at.

She is, at times, easily distracted, so when she spotted Tori in the common room, she redirected herself there, instead. "Hey! How are you settling in?"

Looking up from her book, Tori grinned. "Hey Nadia. So far so good. Everyone I've met up to now has been really great."

After their...rather interesting waking-up this morning with their new room mate, the twins felt that this morning deserved coffee. Very strong coffee.
Both Hikaru and Kaoru wandered out into the common room, French Roast in hand to brew up some satisfying caffiene.

"Good morning." Tori called out quietly, so as not to startle them. Two more people she had yet to meet.

There wasn't much to do. Without Ririn and Cloud to lead him around, Nova was completely lost. He frowned at that though. His meaningless meanderings somehow lead him to a room.

Tori saw a newcomer enter the room. She waved from the couch, "Hi." She wasn't sure if he was from this floor or another.

Never mind that it wasn't her common room, Zero barged into the room and said, "Right. New kids! Names, ranks, and serial numbers! Except that last one, 'cause I don't think we have 'em."

Tori jumped at the shout. Turning around, she waved. "I'm Tori, a senior." She smirked.

Walter looked around at the unfamiliar faces and grinned. A fresh crop of people to confuse, and now he wasn't one of them!

"Good morning, one and all. Anyone who takes tea wins immediate points with the butler. Right this way."

Hey, it was a way to get to know people and he had to make sure people knew that he and Steerpike were not the same chap.
