Second floor common room, Tuesday afternoon
Mr Canute Mimir Fluffypants was anxious.
Things were not going as he'd hoped. It had been ages since D-prime had vanished. H-prime had been ignoring him for months. And if his internal clock was right, it was almost time for H-prime to graduate and leave Fandom entirely.
Well, he wasn't having any of that. On the morning of May 1st, he reactivated himself and stealthily snuck through a whole bunch of dorm rooms to steal things. Weird things. Random things. Whatever he liked best in each of the rooms visited. Things like:
-some booze
-a yellow droid
-a pretty journal
-some frilly panties and dirty romance novels
-another journal titled "Emotions I Felt/Things I Hunted"
-an ipod
-a big stack of comics
-a laptop
-an engraved watertribe necklace
-a pretty plastic My Little Pony
-a very attractive pot of dirt
-a surfboard (how a tiny pink bunny robot managed to drag that down a flight of stairs all by his lonesome is a mystery for the ages)
-a crystal rose
-a bright blue doll
-a red herring robot
-a laptop with an "I miss my dolphin" sticker
-a wax lion
-an art tablet
-a fierce-looking stuffed Ewok
-a bottle of hair gel marked "unbelievably strong hold"
-some well-used juggling balls
-a bathabell. It's tradition.
-a stuffed kitty, the kind you might give someone as a birthday present
-a toy space station and toy boat, engaged in eternal combat
-a blitzball team logo drawing. Go Zanarkand Abes!
-a safety pin, a guitar pick, and some kickin' boots
After he was done, he piled his collection of loot in a large pile in the second floor common room. If anyone wanted their things back, they'd have to bargain with him.
That would stop all the upcoming changes from happening, wouldn't it?

He hopped back to the pile of stuff, and pushed Zero's things towards her, before looking up at the pink haired girl. He still wished with all his heart that they made boots as nice as hers in shoe size 0.4, so that he could wear some too.
