Chupacabra campfire, Thurs morning

Thanks to the magic of express shipping, Peter had a box of bagels fresh from New York City.

He set them up on a picnic table that he hauled over near his cabin's campfire so that they were available for sharing. He kept one section to the side so that his cabinmates would be sure to have some. He also put out various toppings.

That done, he took a bagel, a cup of coffee, and sat down with a Ninth Wonders comic to enjoy the morning.

"I know about it because of Anakin and Luke, I figured you'd at least know the family history. I won't say anything about it to anyone if you don't want me to," Isabel promised.

"Oh, no, it's okay," Jaina said. "I think if someone figures out the relation, the rest is pretty self-explanatory."

"Okay, I just wanted to be sure. There is one thing though. Here on the island, it's fine to use your abilities, however you want. But if you go off island? Don't, or at least not overly obviously" she warned. "This planet doesn't cope well with different."

"Trust me, I know how you feel. I grew up here," Isabe said wryly.

"It's not right," she said, shaking her head. "It isn't like it's a bad thing."

"No it's not. But they haven't made contact yet," Isabel explained. "So everything is still unknown to them. So of course, it's scary."
