Third floor common room [morning]

After spending most of the night in a Jedi healing trance, Luke didn't look like he'd had a wall dropped on him the night before.

But he was very, very tired of his room. And he was hungry.

So over Artoo's protests, he was in the common room attempting to make breakfast.

Since he wasn't making cereal, it wasn't going very well.

"Especially when they're thrown," Luke complained.

"Especially then," Z agreed. "Are you sure you're okay? What happened?"

"One of the students decided to kidnap all the Jedi and strip the Force from us," Luke said, rolling his eyes. "It worked about as well as you'd imagine."

Actually, she couldn't, because she had no idea how his Force thing worked, and she'd been fairly summarily stripped of her powers before, but, "One of the students??"

Luke nodded. "A guy named Victor von Doom?"

"Oh, well, with a name like that, I can't imagine how nobody guessed there might be a problem with this guy eventually," Z snarked.

Luke gave her a wry smile. "He spends a lot of time talking about himself in the third person, too."

"Does he abuse exclamation points? Because I've heard that's a sure sign of a disordered mind," Z said. "And more importantly, how thoroughly did you thwart him? Were there any giant robots?"

"Only if you count the outfit Doom was in," Luke said with a smirk.
