Third floor common room [morning]

After spending most of the night in a Jedi healing trance, Luke didn't look like he'd had a wall dropped on him the night before.

But he was very, very tired of his room. And he was hungry.

So over Artoo's protests, he was in the common room attempting to make breakfast.

Since he wasn't making cereal, it wasn't going very well.

"I have one in my room," Luke said, "but it's from my roommate's dimension and we don't have the directions. So it kind of spits out whatever it wants. The pancakes come out purple."

"Purple pancakes..." Makoto blinked, "are they edible?"

"They're good," said Luke who drank blue milk on purpose.

Makoto laughed. "This I have to see."

Luke trotted down the hall to his room and returned with a stack of bright purple pancakes.

"Here you go," he said.

They were... really purple. "Wouldn't it have been easier just to eat those instead of trying to cook?" Makoto said, grinning at the pancakes.

Luke's cheeks turned pink. "Probably."
