Third floor common room [morning]

After spending most of the night in a Jedi healing trance, Luke didn't look like he'd had a wall dropped on him the night before.

But he was very, very tired of his room. And he was hungry.

So over Artoo's protests, he was in the common room attempting to make breakfast.

Since he wasn't making cereal, it wasn't going very well.

Luke leaned in and kissed her. "The squirrels have enough to gossip about."

"Don't want to put on a show for them either," Jo murmured, nipping at his lower lip.

"Meet me later?" he asked.

It was only partially so she might not go after Doom with a baseball bat.

"Sure," Jo replied.

And she would never use a baseball bat.

Knives, shotguns, and arc welders, but not baseball bats.

"It's a date," he said, smiling. "I promise not to cook."
