Third floor common room- Wednesday night

After a lot of work (some involving a showerhead, don't ask, and no not dirty) throughout the day, Jaina had decided she had to get out of her room for a while. So she'd just gone to the common room, made herself a sandwich, and started reading a report on her datapad with the TV on for noise.

Somehow she hadn't figured out that doing this was bound to distract her, and this was why she was staring at an episode of "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant", looking seriously confused, datapad forgotten, and occasionally saying things aloud like "There is something wrong with you," and "What do you mean this is a series??"

[Open like an open thing. ...I may have been dying to make this a CR post for a few weeks now. Because omgwtf SHOW.]

"Did your Master do that?" Jaina wondered.

"I mentioned Claudia's theories from when we first met each other to them," Zayne said. "They seemed to think that was a possible explanation for my stories about the Sith returning and Jedi being here when they didn't see any of that in their visions."

"Fandom weirdness was a little hard for them to grasp, huh?" she said dryly.

"That'll happen when you have a teaching staff filled with some of the most powerful seers in the Order and you catch them by surprise," Zayne said with a shrug.

"My solution should not be to take Layla to her and see what they make of that," she said.

"They'd probably spend a lot of time determining whether or not she was associated with the Sith," Zayne mused.

"Okay let's maybe that take option off the table," she said immediately.

"Layla definitely won't be making it into my reports," Zayne said. "Horrifying TV is one thing. Giving them reasons to think I'm somehow hanging out with Sith is another."
