Third Floor Common Room [Wednesday Evening]

Okay, not actually had Bobby had class today, he'd also done the homework he'd busily been avoiding on Monday.

To celebrate this, there was pie from J,GoB.

Lots of pie from J,GoB. It seems they'd baked a few two many turtle pies and wanted Bobby to take the extras off their hands. Bobby had misundertood at first, of course, and had thought they were offering him a turtle for every pie he bought.

But really, who would do that? That's just silly.

Not her floor, not her common room, whatever. Kennedy was on the phone anyway.

"--send you pictures to prove it, I swear," she was saying. "Yeah, I know, I know, I know, but I'm back on track with my training schedule. Seriously, Constance, it's all good. Chill, okay? Okay. Fine. Yeah. I'll check in with you in the morning. 'kay. Bye."

She hit End Call, shoved the phone back in her pocket, and rolled her eyes. "God. Oh, hey, Boy Scout. What's with the pie?"

"Kennedy!" who should fear, because the smile Bobby was aiming in her direction was equal parts 'glad to see you're human again' and 'I am going to tease you mercilessly for being a tiny adorable animal for a week'. "I dunno. I was gonna get just one pie, but they sort of insisted."

"...Did you call Bobby 'Boy Scout'?" Hurley asked, amused.

No, this wasn't Dan's floor but his floor was all quiet and boring. He wanted to be sociable for once.

"Hey Bobby," Dan said, looking a little surprised to see someone he knew on the first floor he tried. "What's with all the pie?"

"Dan!" Bobby waved. And then because he was a horrible person, reached over to grab Kennedy's arm to try and make her wave at him too. "I'm not sure. I wasn't gonna argue with free pie, though."

Aaaaaaaand yeah, that'd be Kennedy unwillingly waving at Dan with one hand and trying to smack Bobby with the other.

"Hey," she told the guy, glaring sharp pointy daggers of impending doom at Bobby.

"Yo Bobby," Hurley said, knowing this wasn't his floor.

"...dude. Pie."

"Yup," Bobby nodded. "Turtle pie, which I haven't actually heard of before, but there's chocolate and caramel and it's really pretty good, you know?" yes, he'd already had a few slices. Could you tell?

"What is this?" Gunn said walking into the common room. "Does food just multiply in here or did someone buy all this?"

"The answer is probably yes. To both," Hurley said. "Hey dude."

"It multiplies," Rose told him straight-faced. "There's a special spell on the room that just makes food appear."

"Technically I only bought one pie," Bobby informed Gunn. "They just gave me the rest for free."

A pause to pick up Kennedy's arm again and make her wave against her will. "Kennedy says hi too," he adds, straight-faced.

"I do not say hi," Kennedy informed Gunn once she'd wrestled her arm away from Bobby again. "Okay, I do. Whatever. Bobby's superpower is ordering a little food, and ending up with a ton of it."

"Hello," Mulan greeted when she wandered into the common room. "What are those?"

There weren't many pie recipes in ancient China.

"Bobby bought pies. Save him from eating them all," Hurley said, grinning.

"Turtle pie," Bobby said, in lieu of greeting. The greeting was taken care of by Kennedy's arm, which Bobby was making wave at Mulan.

"Free food," Gunn replied. "And don't ask if they're magical. Too many sarcastic people in here."

"Chocolate and caramel," Rose said. "In pie form so it's the best kind possible."

"Bobby, I'll totally defend you against Kennedy forever if you give me some of that pie," Rose teased, following her baked goods sense into the common room and flopping onto a couch. "And, y'know, hi to the rest of you."

"Rose, I have no idea why I'd need defending against Kennedy," whose arm he'd once again grabbed to make her wave at Rose too. "But you can have some pie anyway."

"Hey!" Kennedy protested, mostly good-naturedly (and possibly over Bobby trying to make her wave again). "Whose side are you on here, Rose?"

"Is this your luck with food striking again?" Bruce asked as he stepped into the common room.

"It is, man," Bobby confirmed. "Which translates into your luck as well, since I'm sharing."

Yes, he'd grabbed Kennedy's hand and was making her wave again.

"Hey, Bobby," Roy said as he entered the common room. Then something processed, and, "Dude, you have pie!"

He'd been looking for food. Pie was food, right?
