Fourth Floor Common Room | Afternoon | Thursday | August 26
Hannibal had been putting this off for months now. Considering he had just forty eight hours left on the island, it seemed that his time of hedging and procrastinating had come to an end. When he made bets, he filled them even if it took him time.
So, he'd move some of the furniture aside and out of the way all while wearing a thick bathrobe. Yes, he was wearing spandex pants under that bathrobe and no, he wasn't going to show that off until he absolutely had to. Kate was just lucky he hadn't tried to find a loophole.
There was a boombox nearby, queued up with the most ridiculous song known to man. In a few minutes, he'd have to click play and actually dance.
He was going to dance. In spandex. To a girly song. He hated his life and yet, he'd keep making bets. Stupid bowling game.
[Oh god, this is so open. I'ma put up some OCD just for my benefit but this is SO open. Not Hannibal's last post in Fandom, btw!]

Re: After the Concert
There was probably some sarcasm and snark lurking though. Or maybe that was just his stomach feeling queasy from eating a burrito before dancing like a one legged blind man.
Re: After the Concert
pretty prettypuppy, ambling up to Hannibal after the dance and offering him a sympathetic smile.A statement like that could be interpreted in so many fun and fantastic ways, considering the makeup that Zack hadn't been able to scrub off this morning after chickening out on crashing the sleepover.
Re: After the Concert
No one should wear the spandex but Zack's comment did make him smile
and bat his eyelashes at the pretty pretty puppy.Re: After the Concert
flirtatiouslyawkwardly. "This was kind of like a dare that fell through, so you've totally managed to one-up me, here. And anyhow, best to leave the spandex to the professionals, right?"Hannibal was totally a professional, now. The dance solidified that. Sorry, Hannibal.
Re: After the Concert
"Do the guys just have awful luck with dares or something?" Hannibal wondered
while his heart soared at the flirting. "First me and now you with makeup. You put that on yourself?"Re: After the Concert
and beaming with flattered pride. "I left out most of it, though. The eyeliner was way too much crud around my eyes in the first place."There was a pause, and then Zack leaned forward, conspiratorially.
"I was going to have to wear a dress."
Granted, he totally had the legs for it.
Re: After the Concert
and he sighed again, siiiiigh."Who'd you make the dare with?" Maybe there was more than one evil girl in this school.
Re: After the Concert
Unlike the sexy, sexy men."Karla," Zack laughed. "I made the mistake of pointing out that there were always these girl-only parties, and asking her what would happen if a guy were to crash it sometime, and the conversation went kind of downhill from there. But then last night I kept looking at myself in the mirror, and... Man, I just couldn't do it."
The dress had been pink, Hannibal. And possibly cobbled together out of three different dresses just to be able to fit Zack. You may proceed to fantasize, now.

Karla: super-observant, except not.
Re: After the Concert
Yes, Karla. He totally was. And it even looked super cute on him, too. In a kind of sparkly sort of way. He liked the shiny lip gloss.
"I was having a... bad hair night."
Which, considering his hairstyle, wasn't much different from every other waking moment of the day. Ever.
Re: After the Concert
Focus, Karla.
Re: After the Concert
"Isn't it? And it tastes like apples, too! I have a couple more like it, if you want!"
... They'd been cheaper as a packaged set. Please, try to withhold judgment.
Re: After the Concert
Never mind that it was Karla who had brought that up. "What happened last night?"
