Just outside Hunting 101 classroom: Period 7

Blair was furious that there was a hunting class at the school. Like the students didn't have enough violent tendencies without having a class on how to kill things. There'd be no hope for a peaceful response the next time an invasion happened. Something had to be done.

Which is why Blair is standing in the hallway outside of the hunting classroom holding up a sign that says 'Hunting = Murder'.

Bel, hurrying into class almost late, blinked at Blair.

"Don't do it, man!" Blair said. "Resist the violence!"

Peter frowned consideringly at Blair as he entered the classroom. "Your sign makes no sense. Murder is illegal."

"Hunting should be too!" Blair replied.

River happened to walk down the hallway, and when she noticed Blair she pulled out a pink glitter pen. "Can I add something?" she asked.

"Hi River!" Blair grinned. "Sure." He turned the sign to the back side and held it out to her.

On his way to his dad's class, Sam caught sight of Blair first. Then he saw the sign. And then he facepalmed.

"Blair? What are you doing?" he asked.

"Protesting!" Blair said with a bounce. "I have an extra sign if you want to help!"

Being as it was pretty hard to miss Blair standing outside the classroom he was about to enter, Conner had to stop and boggle for a bit.

"Dude, I don't think we'll be hunting gremlins."

"You better not." Blair frowned. "But I don't want you to be hunting anything else either."

Seely blinked at the sign. "Interesting sign, Blair."

"Thanks, man!" Blair grinned and looked between Seely and the classroom. "Awww, man. You're not going in there, are you?"

Alanna blinked at the sign. "...So?"

"Murder is generally bad." Blair stared at Alanna. "So therefore hunting is bad."

Walter was very interested to get to class, but there was Blair. Hunting = Murder?

He could live with that.

"What are you doing?"

"Protesting." Blair said. "Are you in this class too, man?"

"Hi Blair," Pip said, shifting the weight of his backpack. "What are you doing?"

Blair looked up at his sign and shook his head. Wasn't it kinda obvious what he was doing?

"I'm protesting, Pip. What're you doing?"

Alec slowed as he read the sign on his way towards class, and came to a stop beside Blair to read it again. "Is that it?"

Blair looked up at the sign. "Should I add something else?"

Dean may have randomly found himself in this hallway which had nothing to do with him wanting to see how his Dad's first class was shaping up.

He stared at Blair and his sign. "Dude, what the hell?"

Blair bounced and waved his sign at Dean. "Hunting class is murder class!"

John had missed the protest on his way into class, having got there before Blair had arrived so the first time he saw it was when he was leaving after class.

He slowed down and stared.

Blair was pretty sure this was the teacher so he waved his sign and worked up a little chant. "Hunting is murder! Hunting is murder!"

Okay, it wasn't a great chant.

"Blair?" Dawn asked on her way into class, "Do you really think this is a good idea?"

Blair waved his sign cheerfully at Dawn. "You gotta stand up for what you believe in, man."
