Fifth Floor Common Room - Sunday Evening

Marie was humming along to the radio as she baked cookies. She and Jamie had had a good date the night before and she had spent the day doing some online shopping.

Now she felt like being social and the cool weather had her in the mood to bake, so here she was. She'd brought her portable CD player with her and was listening to upbeat country music, dancing her way around the kitchen.

Summer, feeling a lot less emo, decided she wanted to be social. So she wandered into the common room and waved. "Hi."

"Hi," Marie waved her wooden spoon. "I'm baking cookies."

"Need help?" Summer asked. "Though I should warn you. My baking skills are pretty much non-existent."

The smell of baking wafted down the hall, which naturally brought a Bel to find its source. "Hey," he said.

Bel peered around the room for those suffering from emo. "So far so good," he said.

"Hi," Summer greeted. "You're the plastic surgeon, right? Christian, I think?"

Bel scowled. "No, I'm not that jerk," he said. "I'm Belthazor."

Sick of studying in his room, Peter wandered down to the Common Room carrying the copy of The Leviathan he'd borrowed from the library.

"Evening, all," he said with a wave.

"Hi," Summer said, waving. "I think you're in my US Government class."

"I think you're right," Peter agreed. He grinned. "You're Summer, right? I'm Peter Pevensie."

"Hi, Peter!" Marie waved. "Help yourself to cookies."

"Hi Marie. Are they safe?" He teased, grinning. "Last time I ate non-Willow cookies, I ended up singing and dancing."

Cally wandered into the common room, practically beaming.

"I'm not stupid and moody anymore!"

Nadia had finally dragged herself back out of bed, her hangover mostly gone, along with the rotten mood. She was taking a look at her still-transformed tarot cards, laughing slightly to herself.

Conner smelled cookies, and cookies were always a good way to combat the aftereffects of a massive emo attack. At least, he thought they were a good way to do this; he'd never had a massive emo attack before, so all of this was purely in theory.
