Saturday evening, just outside the school grounds

There really was something irresistable to the trolls about the giant castle thing at the top of the hill.

I mean, come on! Trolls, castle . . . it was like a match made in heaven!

So, once they'd made lots of good headway pillaging and rampaging through the town, the trolls started on their way up the hill, aimed for the gates to the school, grinning and slathering and singing creepy, troll-y songs of glee.

Oh, they cut him alright.

"Ow! Owwwwwwwwwwww! Me hurt!"

That's surprising, but fine. She jabs the keys hard into his throat.

These, by the way, would be the keys with the little fuzzy polar bear keychain.

The troll's continued cries of "ow" were garbled by the fashionable new throat piercing, and the thing turned to stone and then crumpled.

Aeryn stands again, stomping on it hard just because she can. And then she looks around to see who else she can fight. And shoot. She really likes the shooting.

"Aeryn, baby?" John says, having watched all that with wide eyes. "You okay?"

"Absolutely," she says immediately, looking to see where she's most needed. "I'm going to go kill things."

"Aeryn," he says, moving towards her. "Maybe we should head to the clinic or something."

"If you need to go, you should, but right now there are things attacking and they need to die," she says, and fires off a shot at one of the trolls, kind of randomly. She really likes this thing.

He blinks at her. "I'm not going anywhere unless you are," he snaps.

"Fine," she snaps, and she's now holding her keys like a weapon for the next troll. "I'm going to kill every last one of these things then."

His eyes widen and he steps in front of Aeryn. "I think we need to go back now, honey."

She attempts to knock him out of her way, probably not hard enough to knock him over. "I disagree."

Bad shoulder, ow and he stumbles out of the way. "Aeryn! What the hell!"

"Stop trying to keep me from doing what has to be done," she says. "They're the bad guys. They're supposed to die. They're attacking us, we do not show mercy."

He moved in front of her and tried to get her to focus. "I know that but you're scaring me."

She looks him straight in the eyes and says, "Stop arguing with me. There will be time for that after they're all dead."

"I am not moving," he says.

"Fine," she snarls, and pushes him out of the way to start killing more trolls.

Bad shoulder, ow number two and he stumbles out of the way.

"Fine! Whatever," he says and stalks off toward the school.

Aeryn doesn't actually really notice, and aims the gauntlet at the first troll she sees.

The troll has it's back turned and hisses in pain, swinging one large arm towards Aeryn.

She ducks his arm, swinging her non-gauntleted arm into his stomach.

That doesn't hurt at all and the trolls reaches behind Aeryn and yanks on her hair.

She knees him.

He pulls her hair. Hard.
