With the move back to the dorms over, Alex had immediately headed out of his room (Griff needed to find his jacket soon or later) and down to the deck. It was true, he kind of really liked this place even if it was hot today. That just meant a t-shirt and shorts had to be worn instead of something heavier.

He took a seat, feet up on another seat and leaned back to catch some sun. Last day of the weekend was meant to be spent in the laziest way possible, right? Well, lazy if you couldn't be doing all those other fun active things. Maybe he'd do something like that later.

"Well, you're no fun," Alex said and frowned. "He can't do missionary forever. The girl would end up falling asleep and that'd just ruin him."

"I'm plenty of fun!" Rose replied, frowning at him. "I just don't want to scare the poor guy off completely before he's gotten to the fun parts."

"Such defensiveness," he noted with a slight smirk. "Someone's eager to make me believe she's fun. Must be some doubt there."

Rose shook her head as she glanced over at him. "I like how you always get challengey when the result might benefit you."

"Well, you make it so easy," he pointed out. "Doesn't take much to get you riled up."

Rose stuck her tongue out at him. "I'll have to make it harder than."

She probably wouldn't. Too much temper, that one.

"All I have to do is mention etiquette lessons and learning how to hold your teacup and when to fold your hands in your lap and you're ready to rip my throat out," he pointed out.

Rose made a face. "Shut it. It does not."

Alex raised an eyebrow, clearly not believing that. "It doesn't? You liar. That or you have a selective memory."

She scowled at him. "And why should I admit it if it's true?"

"Because it is true," he said flippantly. "And you know it."

"It's a stupid class," Rose grumbled. "And it's stupid I have to waste my time learning how to set a stupid table."

"There we go," Alex said, smiling smugly. "You're riled up. Point proven."

"And you're just doing it on purpose because you think its funny," Rose grumped, glaring at him. "So going to get you back."

"How?" Alex asked, amusement coloring his smirk. "By riling me up?"

"Nope, that'd be boring," Rose smirked at him. "Give me a little credit here."

"Can't give you credit because you've never riled me," he replied. "Sorry."

"Would you admit it if I did?" Rose asked, having a suspicion but honestly curious.

"Depends on how you did it," he allowed. Of course, if she riled him, it wouldn't be too hard to tell.

"Well, of course," Rose said, tossing her hair.

"You just haven't found my weak spot." And, if he was lucky, she never would find the ACTUAL weaknesses he had.

"You're so awesome you only have one,huh?" Rose teased, rolling her eyes. But, really, she talked to him because she enjoyed him. Not because she wanted to psychoanalyse his ass.

"Now, that would be telling, wouldn't it?" Alex replied, smirking. "Here's a hint, it's not anything to do with etiquette."
