The Pool Saturday Afternoon
Paige was still trying to get over the topless photo of 'English' Peter apparently she had a knack for missing all the fun.
Having worked out that sitting in her room trying to work out if there was a spell to go back in time and exactly how much personal gain it would involve if there was, was not a good idea she headed to the pool.
((open for interaction or your swimming pool needs, I think it's in the basement but I forget))

fully clothed zomgwhen he happened upon the apparent pool."Why in the world would there be a pool in a basement?" he asked himself before noticing Paige. He grinned at her and gave a quick bow, "how goes it, good lady?"

well of course he's fully clothed, Paige isn't that lucky!Ever wondered what a flailing, swimming half-witch looks like? Cos Peter's about to find out as she looks up mid stroke, proceeds to forget what she was doing and almost drown, luckly her whitelighter instincts kick in and she orbs to the surface quickly. "I, it, um... it was going okay until that happened," she splutters, while kicking mentally kicking herself for freaking out quite so badly.
((now with 100% more making sense))

"You um could join me, you know just in case I forget how to swim again and the pretty blue lights don't save me."
((just in case you don't know her canon her orbing involves a sort of blue haze, probably should have said that before))

Emerging again, he shook the hair out of his eyes and sputtered, "it's warm!"

This would explain why she didn't reply for a few moments, "probably something to do with the faculty not wanting us to die this early in the summer, I think they rely on the various attacks for that anyway, less chance of being sued."

"I was talking to Maia about you yesterday, she's from the 40s too," she said when she was at his side, "she doesn't really remember it though, I thought maybe...you come over sometime, talk to her, well us about it, unless you don't really remember it either?"

"I'd be happy to do so though anything I know beyond 1940 has been from histories I've read since I got here. Is Maia British?"

Reaching the edge of the pool, Peter looked at Paige and smiled. "Race you back?"
