Pangolin Campfire [Monday Evening]

Bridge has tacked a large white bedsheet to the wall of Koala cabin that faces the Pangolin campfire. RIC is nearby, in DVD-player mode, with the second season of Twilight Seraphim loaded and ready to play. There's snack foods, and, of course, s'more fixings, for sharing if anyone else cared to join him.

Parker came over, with photos, looking curious. "What's all this for?"

"RIC has a projector built in," Bridge explains. "So... outdoor movie night. Except it's not so much movies as episodes of this show about a dystopian future America."

"Hey, cabinmate," Anders said. "There's coffee if you want some."

And Anders is here, of course, because that's what best friends do when their, um, best friends are hosting an outdoor movie night, right? He's got the cupcakes (as usual) and a thermos of hot coffee for sharing.

He's also squinting thoughtfully at the makeshift movie screen. "Can't we chop the corners off?"

"You and your corners," Bridge shakes his head at Anders and grabs a cupcake. "And no, because... bedsheet. Which means it needs to go *back* on a bed at some point, and that's easier when it has corners."

Sam wandered over. "Laundry day?"

"DVDs," Bridge grins, waving at RIC and then the bedsheet-screen. "It's a bigger screen than the TV inside, and it's warm enough, so..."

"Hi, what are we doing?" Rory asked, wandering over. Careful observers might notice a few small twigs or leaves in her hair, in spite of her best efforts to dislodge them.

Bridge raises an eyebrow and mouths "twig!" at Rory, touching a spot on his own head. "Watching old television shows," Bridge says, waving at the screen. "But outside. Like a drive-in without the, um, driving... part."

On her way back to the squirrel cabin, Seras noticed the movie set up.

She was impressed and stopped to check it out.

Jaye actually manages to wander away from Seahorse for a while. Because she's avoiding her phone. She gives a wave and a "Whatcha doing?"

Xander wanders over, his newly-upgraded laptop in hand. The WTF look may be getting familiar now, though this one is fairly mild, more one of puzzlement than anything else. "Hey, peoples."

Z heard voices outside, which led her to wander out of Pangolin to find out what was going on. "Whoa, lots of people. What's goin' on?" she asked, trying to avoid getting between the projection and the giant sheet.

Tomorrow was First Aid and therefore a morning workshop so Peter was looking for Parker to settle their bet agreement. He wandered over to the Pangolin campfire drawn by the crowd and the movie.

Who could resist the allure of video? Walter popped a couple of pills, grabbed a milkshake from the freezer to let it thaw enough to drink, and headed for the immediate center of the campground universe.

Deciding to be social again, Stark wandered over to the crowd of the people watching TV on a wall. Because how could you go wrong with TV and snack foods?

Anders kind of glared at Chloe a little bit, but in a half-hearted, somewhat intimidated, 'oh my god I'm in her class tomorrow' way.

Sakurazaki passes by Pangolin on her way returning to Puffin from Koala if that's even possible, halting as she tilts her head and looks a little wide-eyed at the gathering. Her already dizzy head prevents her from accessing the situation enough to realize that this might push her into socialization overheating if she sticks around too long.
