Outside the danger room, 7th period

It was Wednesday so Blair was outside of the danger room holding a sign. After talking to John yesterday and finding out about what he was planning to do this weekend, Blair had gone back to his first sign. Only with a few edits so it now read, 'Winchester = Murder'.

Bel raised an eyebrow at the sign. "Something I don't know about today's class that I should be worried about?" he said.

Blair eyed the door behind him and shrugged. "I don't have a clue what's going on inside there, man. But your teacher is going to go try and kill something this weekend. How horrible is that?"

Peter shook his head. "Seriously, Blair? That's far beyond appropriate."

"Drastic measures, man." Blair said. "Mr. Winchester is going to try and kill something this weekend."

Sam didn't want to argue with Blair this week, until he saw the latest sign. "Please tell me you're joking," he said sharply.

"Nope." Blair shook his head.

River appeared, carrying a huge mass of tentacles covered with a blanket that wiggled and squealed. "Here," she said to Blair. "Berthold's here to help you."

The monster squealed miserably.

Blair winced at the squealing. "Um...River? Are you sure Berthold wants to help me?"

Wilson had handwavey gotten notice about Blair and in particular the sign and while he tried to keep out of Blair's business in the realm of protesting...oy.

So, he'd left the clinic in the hands of the nurse for an hour, pager on in case he was needed and headed up to the school to see for himself.

When he saw Blair and the sign Wilson facepalm.

"Oh lord, Blair."

Blair was pretty sure that was not a good 'oh lord, Blair'. "Um...hi, man. What's up?"

"Weren't you going to skip protesting today?" Jim asked mildly, then eyed the sign. "Especially protesting that might involve grevious bodily harm by the end of it?"

"I know, man...sorry." Blair nodded to a pile of books next to his backpack. "But I'm studying too, so it's all good. Any problems with your senses?"

Dean wandered by near the end of class, wanting to check with his Dad about some stuff about this weekend and stopped dead when he saw the sign.

"Dude, tell me I'm hallucinating and you're not actually dissing my entire family."

"Hey, man." Blair shook his head. "And no...only the ones who kill things."

After class

John was a little preoccupied with trip details when he left the Danger Room so he almost missed Blair and his sign, but it registered before he'd gone more than several steps past them.

He stopped, turned around, stared, crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow at Blair. "We seem to be backsliding here, Mr. Sandburg."

Pete glanced at the sign as he headed into the class, then paused. "Huh. You're right."

"Thank you!" Blair said and resolved to bring cookies for Pete next week.

Pippi had heard about Blair dressing up like a monster and giving hugs last week, so she was pretty interested to see what he would come up with this week.

She tilted her head at the sign.

"I don't get it."

Alanna completely ignored Blair on her way in, not in the mood to ruin her good mood. Faithful stuck his head out of her bag though. "I was NOT stuck in a tree!"

Dawn was on her way to class, and knew nothing about anything that was or wasn't going on that weekend. All she saw was the sign.

"You better tell me right now why I shouldn't hit you for holding that sign, Blair."
