Lobby - All Day

Peter was down in the lobby bright and early to set up the tables for Prom ticket buying and Prom Court nominations. 

He eyed the glitter worriedly but sprinkled it around the table and over the Venetian masks. 

Then he sat behind the table with a list of juniors and seniors (because heck if he knew what classes people were in) and realised he hadn't asked Willow to Prom yet.  That needed to be remedied.

[OOC: Open for business!  Only Juniors and Seniors can buy Prom tickets though they can bring underclassmen.  Prom Court nominations are open for anyone to vote: students regardless of class.  The handbook has a list of the Juniors and Seniors.]

Jake wandered over to Peter while sipping coffee. "Heyah. Prom tickets?"

Peter nodded. "So they tell me. And voting for Prom...royalty."

"Do they get pretty tiaras?" Jake asked curiously and looked around for a pen.

Tori happened by the lobby after class and smiled when she saw Peter. She waved and walked over to the table. "Hey."

"Tori," Peter said with a grin back. "How do you do?"

"I'm doing well, Peter." Tori smiled. "How are you?"

Neil came past in between his classes and paused as he read what Peter was doing.

"Oh! I should definitely nominate."

"You should indeed," Peter agreed. He slid a ballot across to Neil. "How do you do?"

On his way back from his shift at the diner, Cameron noticed the table and made a beeline for it. "Stickbug brother Peter," he greeted.

"Stickbug Brother Cameron," Peter replied with a grin. "Have Prom on your mind?"

Shawn was just heading back from his DAMM class. He grinned at Peter and sauntered over. "Hey, man. Long time, no see."

"Shawn," Peter said, grinning back. "How are you doing?"

John wandered up to the desk and smiled at Peter.

"Can I have a burger and some fries?"

Peter laughed. "Try Luke's."

Luke bounced up to the table. "Hi, Peter!"

"Luke!" Peter replied with a grin. "How do you do?"

Willow stopped by after talking with Marie. She was in no rush and work was occasionally kicking her player's ass so she hung back until Peter had a free moment.

Peter turned to her with a grin and came around the table to give her a hello kiss. "Good day, Lady."

Sokka eyed the table warily.

"So... Wait. There's a dance... thing this weekend? But I'm not allowed to go? How is THAT fair?"

"You can go with a junior or a senior," Peter offered.

"Greetings, K-- Peter," Irulan said with a nod, "What are you selling?"

"Irulan," Peter said, standing up when he saw her. "How do you do?" He glanced at the table. "Tickets for Prom - a dance here on Saturday."

A tumbleweed found D's hair interesting, so it followed her through the lobby and out into the grounds where it was promptly swept away.
