4th Floor Common Room, Monopoly Game Night

Late Saturday afternoon, Isabel started preparing the fourth floor common room for Game Night. By the time the evening rolled around, the room was ready for fun. A table against the wall was loaded with an assortment of baked goods from Jeff, God of Biscuits and an assortment of chips and various dips. There was a cooler next to the table filled with bottles of water, fruit juice and cans of soda.

Four tables were arranged with Monopoly game boards and space for eight players at a table.

With everything ready she sat down to wait.

[OOC: Obviously we're not going to be rolling the dice for every turn. The game does need to end at some point tonight (preferebly before 5:30 in the morning). Hopefully there's enough links that you'll be able to fake it well enough to have fun. Game piece icons are available for the truly obsessed here at each of the tables. Please note that peter__parker has a special doggie icon he can use at whatever table he wants. Have fun!]

Pip sat down at one of the tables and selected a game piece. "Guess I'll take the motorcyle. No where are the instructions?"

Nadia grabbed a seat next to pip, and picked up the car. It seemed sort of horrifically appropriate.

She looked around the board. "Great. A game where we can go to jail." She starts looking for instructions as well.

Blair bounced over and grabbed the dog and waved a sheet of instructions that he had picked up. "So who's ready to be ruthless capitalists?"

Nadia smiled a real smile for the first time since singing in detention. "Ruthless? This is an American game."

"Exactly!" Blair bounced and pointed to the rules. which the mun is now frantically trying to read "I think you should roll first, Pip!"

Pippi grins and grabs the boot. She plunks down on Pip's other side, opposite Nadia.

Nadia waves and gestures to a seat. "Do you know how to play? If not, Isabel is teaching us. We're the beginners table."

Isabel smiled, "Pippi right? I'm Isabel. I don't think we've met before but we're on Student Council together." She nodded at Pip, "Pip reminded me about that before."
