Fifth Floor Common Room, Wednesday Night

Naminé wandered down to the fifth floor common room and flipped through the channels, hoping to find something on.

Five minutes later, she was giggling a bit madly. She wasn't sure she understood this Bitterwoman show, but it was certainly fun.

(Open!)

Third Floor Common Room - Thursday Morning (After Period 1)

With class done with for the day, Lucas settled on the couch in the third floor common room with pizza. Yes, pizza for breakfast. And he wasn't stupid, either. There was plenty to go around in case the smell attracted other like-minded student types.

Ooh and hey, Rescued by the Alarm was on.

Third floor common room, Monday evening - PARTY TIME!

Never leave decorating for a party to the mellow. There were some streamers tossed around and one of those fold-out crinkly hanging ball things dangling from a string that was duct taped to the ceiling. A stack of festive party hats tilted rather precariously on top of Jude's displaced stereo, which was playing something bouncy and probably from before he was born.

Food, however, was an excellent thing to leave to the mellow. Well, to the Jude anyway. A mismatched array of bowls held a mismatched yet delicious array of snacks and there were drinks of all kinds "liberated" from every common room that had anything in the fridge. Sadly, there were no milkshakes. Most of Jude's efforts had been put into the cake. The triple-layer (the base in chocolate, the middle slab in white, and the top in orange) cake decorated in as many clashing colours of icing as Jude could find. There was bright orange trim with purple and blue rosettes wherever he could fit them, and 'happy birthday, Rikku' in shaky cursive across the very top in hot pink. Sprinkles, marzipan, and gum drops were present in abundance. It was a cavity waiting to happen. And Jude was making sure no one touched it until all sixteen candles had been blown out.

Of course, until then, he was just going to sing "Sixteen Candles" to himself. A lot.

[[Rikku's impromptu birthday party is now open! OCD coming up, go and play!]]

Basilisk campfire - Friday evening

Johnny spent the afternoon putting most of his stuff away, the rest he spent lazily sprawling on his bed. What? Unpacking was tiring work.

Now though, he wanted to have a little fun around the campfire. And since theirs didn't seem to be lit yet, he took the opportunity to blast a few fire rays at it and set it to burning quickly.

Then, pulling up a lounge chair, he sat down, slouching a bit and stretched his long legs out in front of him. "This is the life. Now if I just had a beer."

[totally open!]

Fourth Floor Common Room, Saturday evening, shortly before bedtime

Somebody put a whole bunch of candy on a table in the common room.

That same somebody put up signs saying "FREE CANDY! FOURTH FLOOR COMMON ROOM!"

And then he went back to his room on the second floor, far away from any kids that would be unable to get to sleep thanks to him and his sugar.

[OOC: Jim's not here anymore. He's just mean.]

School Grounds, Then Preserve - Tuesday Night (6:30pm onwards)

Lucas went around and picked up the people he said he would, then headed down to the back of the dorms to wait for the others.

[Locked to plotty people please. OOC post for people involved.]

Third Floor Common Room - Thursday Evening

Lucas had a giant bowl of popcorn and was sitting in front of the TV. There was a documentary on, but the remote control was out of reach, so if anyone grabbed it they could probably flick over to something else.

Second Floor Common Room, Early Saturday Morning

Valentine had been a chicken the other day in class. Really, that didn't bother him terribly.
He had lost his pants to his roomie's door. That was mildly disturbing, but he had done well enough wearing a bedsheet the past few days, so he would get over it.
He had a bruise forming on his shin from a well-delivered kick from what he had figured to be a panty-raid victim seeking vengeance. Again, disturbing, but he'd cope.
Sadly, what bothered Valentine the most about the past couple of days was that he had glued his hands together in Science! class in a fit of sheer brilliance. This had hindered his ability to do a great deal of things; to juggle, to prepare food, to flip mindlessly through the channels on the common room television.
The issue of the moment was that he was unable to open his dorm room door, and had been unable to do so since Thursday.
So, tonight, rather than going door to door and asking for assistance, Valentine had swallowed his pride, flicked on the television with his toe, and had fallen asleep on the couch with reruns of Criminal Forensic Detectives blaring in the background and with his hands still firmly clasped together.
Not his wisest decision, but it beat trying to plead for his roomie to let him in.

[ooc: Wake him up, draw on his face, laugh at the bedsheet- go nuts. He's practically asking for it anyhow. I appear to have run to bed! You're going to have to wait for me to wake up again if you want interaction now, mwaha.]

The roof, rather late Friday night

Nadia was in a mood. Her therapist was leaving, she'd yelled at Chad for not wanting to talk when God knew she knew how he felt, and the buzz of performing with Teal Dear had left her rather quickly.

So she was on the roof, despite the fact that it wasn't exactly warm out, and she had her guitar. She was picking away at it, occasionally strumming a hard, heavy chord, and trying to think of lyrics.

She was going to write a song if it killed her.

[ooc: it's a roof. they tend to be open. No walls and the like.]

Second Floor Common Room, Thursday Evening

Anders had gone back to his room after Ares's class and taken a long nap. Luckily for him, he didn't have any classes tomorrow -- which was good considering that now his sleep schedule was going to be all wonky.

Anyway, he had finally hauled himself next door to the common room, where he was devouring a chicken Caesar salad about the size of a small jacuzzi while watching cheesy old action flicks.

"Wow, the stunt bottle over the head really is universal, apparently."

[OOC: Open like, uh, something open.]

Third Floor Common Room - Thursday Afternoon [1/11]

Tori had gotten out of class fairly early, so she decided to head into town. While there she handwavily visited JGOB and picked up an assortment of baked goods for the floor.

She was in a good mood and had decided to do something special for the floor, or anyone who happened to stop by. Other people had been nice enough to give her food, so she thought to do something in kind.

Tori set up the various boxes on the table. There was some hot chocolate, also on the table, which Tori could take credit for making even if all she did was add some milk and stir. She sat down on the couch, the TV creating some background noise as she flipped through her Novice's Guide to Villains and Villainy book.

[OOC: Open post!! Come feast.]
