Super Bowl Party, 1st Floor Rec Room, Sunday Afternoon

Thanks to KKG and a little ingenuity, the first floor rec room was arranged for a Super Bowl Party. Black, yellow, red and white crepe paper hung from the walls, a good chunk of the seating in the dorms had been dragged into the room for the crowd, and a table was full of assorted snacks guaranteed to destroy arteries and waistlines alike.

Even if you just wanted to see the commercials, it would probably be a fun time.

Angela's football knowledge was a little on the sketchy side, but if you thought she was going to miss out on a party, you were very wrong. Any excuse, she was there.

She was around and mingling, and contemplating which team to support in this.

Ender didn't really know anything about football. He'd never had the time. But it seemed like a good opportunity to observe a few things, and to avoid being holed up in his room all day. He could always return to that privacy if he wanted to, anyway.

That wouldn't keep him from staying near the walls, though.

Harvey was there, of course, and already digging into the Cheetos like a good KKG boy. He wasn't much for either team but he'd flip a coin to decide which team to root for before the game started.

Turtle didn't have much interested in the game itself, much less the pre-game, but she was there fairly early to get a good feel for how the betting might be going.

He was however down with the food and getting a good seat to watch the violence on TV.

Chuck didn't like football, didn't know what was going on in football and he didn't bet on football. He did, however, like food he didn't have to make himself and he had to keep himself busy before he went to watch the girls make out.

So that's why he was there. Just in case you were wondering.

Arthur didn't have the slightest clue as to why the room was decked out as it was, but he didn't have anything better to do and there appeared to be some sort of feast happening.

So he headed in, found something that looked edible in a bag that looked like someone had thrown up on it, and peered around the room. At least his head no longer felt as if it was being marched in.

John was finishing setting up, which involved ensuring there were plenty of snack foods open and ready for people to eat. Also, that they weren't poisonous. He checked this by sampling each. It was a rough job.

Please. Please. Like Emmett wasn't gonna be there. This was football. It doesn't matter that the room was filled with a bunch of humans. It was worth flipping out Jasper-style and eating everyone.

Adam was there, to help out with anything else that needed to be done (like a good KKG member) and to watch the game. Even if neither of teams playing were ones he usually cheered for.

Feeling somewhat better, Hannibal made his way into the common room and found a seat. He still wasn't up to food but he was chugging water like it was candy.

Romeo wore a Steelers jersey because his mun is physically incapable of making him root for anyone else and was collecting money from students who wanted to play Super Bowl Squares for a good cause, which he would be happy to tell you all about.
