Room 414, Sunday

The door is propped open, and anyone walking by can see Kiki sprawled on her bed, dangling a string over the side for Jiji to pounce on. After sleeping for two days straight, the black cat seems to have finally slept off his turkey-binge.

The room looks quite spartan: Kiki has very few posessions and her roommate is gone, making the room look large and barren. Small wonder she spends so little time there, much preferring working down at Aziraphale's. There's a couple of books open beside her on the bed, but playing with Jiji is far more entertaining right now than studying.

Thanksgiving was good.

Specifically, the turkey which totally didn't have any buckshot or birdshot left in it like last year was nice and juicy, cranberry sauce was great, and the stuffing was the best that Stove Top made.

All in all, a good feast.

Even better, John stole kept a lot of the leftovers, specifically the turkey, so that his turkey coma lasted far more than just the usual one day.

Which is why, upon venturing out to get materials for his Egyptian Arcaeology assignment, John wasn't as aware and diligent as he normally was... much to his detriment.

For, laying in wait, was........... a gremlin.

Which promply bit John.
Who promplty smashed the thing against the wall.
Which promptly splattered. (the gremlin, not the wall. the wall just turned a bit emo.)

"Ow! You green fuckwad! Sonofabitch, that hurts." John started rubbing his wrist, where he got bit.

Suddenly, his vision... changed. Became reddish with lots of HUD information.

He stalked back inside his room and emerged a minute later, clad in leather motorcycle pants, leather jacket with metal all over it, black t-shirt, leather engineer boots, and sunglasses.

He hummed a bit as he strode.

Sunday Afternoon, Dorms

After a day and a half of packing, Sam was ready to move downstairs into her new room. She looked around at the boxes, for once thankful that all she had were her textbooks, her clothes, and the gifts she'd gotten since she got here. It shouldn't take her more than an hour or two to carry everything down to Room 231.

She picked up the first milk crate full of books and carried it downstairs, a bag of her clothes perched precariously on top.
