Well, then. Her friend with the pink hair and pet Gulliver appeared to be a butterfly. She'd spent nearly an hour trying to find her way back to the cabins after stopping to explain Anemone's predicament to one of her professors.

Now it was very late, and Alice should be sleeping, but sleep had gone tiptoeing out itself and gotten stranded elsewhere, and Alice would have to do without. She hoped that sleep had at least found itself somewhere with comfortable chairs.

She would roast marshmallows and see if anyone else might be awake. Perhaps they were all visiting with sleep.

His girlfriend was a turtle. A real turtle. He was never going to forgive the squirrels. Or whatever it was. The toothpaste! Toothpaste was going on the list of dangers for sure now.

As was just about everything that was outside. Jeff had tried to go outside that morning, but it hadn't really worked out. There were spiders, and somehow, tossing his turtling girlfriend at them seemed like it might be a problem later.

So Jeff was in the living room, clutching tenaciously to a moderately-sized turtle, his feet on the couch and his gaze positively watchful.

Being Jeff, he didn't really see much.
