Liir wasn't warming up. Liir was actually dressed like his closet had dictated this morning, a pirate, with very little concern for working out. Leather pants, linen shirt, and his broom was on his hip much like a sword. He had a quantity of money that he intended to spend on a few specific items in the port, now that he was feeling a little less likely to startle at the very idea of leaving the island.

Busch Gardens will do that.

But he wasn't warming up, because despite the fact that he and Ino met every weekend here to teach him self-defense, he knew absolutely nothing would get done today.

Because he had a little surprise for her that he was sure meant that she'd be busy for most of the rest of the day.

And he didn't mind one bit.

[open for liirish or gymish needs; ino's thread will be last in the chronology, though]

It was kind of surreal, really, thinking about the fact that she was back in her own body but it still felt weird because she had started getting used to Viki's body. Turtle had spent the morning stretching and getting used to her own again, and had kicked almost everything that wasn't moving in the room to revel in the fact that her kick was back, in a way that didn't deeply wound either her boyfriend or his dog.

They did, however, need new desk chairs.

Kicking done, Turtle then went to experience snacking in her own body, grabbing lots of things bad for it so she wouldn't feel guilty for giving someone else bad cholesterol or a toothache, and then plopped on the couch to watch a little TV, still occasionally getting up to stretch and shake out her limbs and, perhaps, a little, lament the fact that she was back to being relatively flat chested, but that was okay, because that was her.

She wondered if there were any stretches someone could do to help with that, since, clearly, puberty hadn't helped her out there.

Chad was still a little bit confused by the lack of usual clothing and the seemingly abundance of tight pants and flowy shirts and bandanas that seemed to have worked his way into his closet, but he'd been here long enough to not worry about it until it had been at least a few days.

He did discover that he didn't like himself in those flowy shirts, though; he liked loose fits, sure, but those were just way too flowy. And he figured, if he was going to be shirtless, he might as well enjoy the sun a little, so he went down to the deck, and lounged a bit.

Because, you know, he needed a tan.

Well, Prince Oscar Pedro could use one. Lathered up with plenty of high SPF sunscreen, the cat lounged with Chad, enjoying the lingering sun of the day. And, yes, he had a nice bandana, too. He didn't even seem to mind. It wasn't nearly as annoying as the sweater, especially since Chad had wrapped it to give his ears freedom.

[[ yeah, like I could live with myself if I didn't use piratical shirtless Chad icon today. Anyway, open ]]

So, she'd made dinner three nights in a row, cleaned Rodney's room yesterday, and today she was doing laundry. Which she had to admit she'd never really done before. And certainly never with these machines.

It probably would have been far easier to figure out if Rodney hadn't decided to come along and eat the chicken and stuffing casserole she'd made while 'supervising' the laundry process.
