South Attic: Notes for Callisto, Illyana, and Buffy from Beka and bedtime - NFB

Tired from her chat with Belthazor and really not certain she's feeling a whole lot better, Beka sat down to write a few notes. One for each of her roommates, and one for her little...no, they weren't on assignment, Buffy was asleep, so she was just Buffy.

The two easy notes down, Beka stood, stretched, and generally tried to avoid thinking about the fact that Buffy was sleeping in her room. And since she'd given her no specific instructions, Buffy probably had tucked herself into bed.

After a few minutes of pacing, Beka sat to write this note for Buffy:

With that, Beka sighed, stood, and opened the door to her room. As she'd imagined, Buffy had made herself comfortable on the bed. The sight ought to have irritated her, as tired as she was, but instead it made her smile.

Dorms and posters, day two

Armed with every thing he needed for the Journalism project for today, Chihaya stopped by the dorms again to hang up more excellent posters courier_gavin had made for their campaign.

After his late night phone call, Marty sneaks up to the third floor and leaves a package outside of Room 304 with a note addressed to Angela.

Finally having time to sit at the computer, Anya reads her Email from home.

Thinking about what she heard on the radio last night, she ponders the offer.

Room 217: Looking around

Maia stepped into the room, it was cold and had a shut in feeling to it. It was like she remembered it. Maia glanced at river_dancing 's bed. As unused as usual. Maybe be got eaten by the locker? Maia frowned. She walked over to the desk and saw the cards where she had left them the night it happened. She looked at herself in the mirror, the bruises were almost totally gone and the day out in the sun had added a little color to her face. She sat on the bed and shivered. I don't think I can stay here anymore

3rd floor Common Room, Wed. evening

Hank is curled up on the couch in front of the TV, switching between channel-flipping and writing in a notebook on his lap. His Biology and Quantum Physics texts are on the floor next to him.

Second Floor Common Room

Janet and Sam wander out with a DVD of The Lost Boys to watch on the TV in the common room. The put it in, settle down with popcorn, and start watching.

Room #226, Wednesday Evening

After three days of searching, it had taken getting sucked into Locker 327 himself for Cameron to find Vala. But he had her back.

Some sleep, a day in the clinic, and she seemed to be o.k.

He'd walked her slowly back to the dorms and straight to his door without thinking, but she didn't seem to mind. Closing the door behind them he just stood and held her silently for a moment. Then he kissed her lightly and she smiled.

The doctor said rest for her, and he could certainly use some sleep himself, so they crawled in to his bed together. Wrapping his arms tight around her, Cam placed a kiss on her forehead and closed his eyes. She'd already started to drift off.

Within moments they were sound asleep.
