Rory was curled up on the couch, half-focused on some notes she was making, and at least partially watching the television, which was playing an old Bitterwoman rerun.

If it looked like she might be splitting her attention a third way by watching the door, it was probably just your imagination.

Now that she's gotten two good nights of sleep and has gotten off of the emotional rollercoaster she was on last week, things are starting to sink in. If she stops, she's going to have to think and she's just not ready to do that right now. So after Western Civilizations, she got supplies and set up shop in the fourth floor common room.

Anyone on the fourth floor (and given how much garlic she's using, anyone throughout most of the dorm) should smell the puttanesca sauce cooking. Come and eat.
