In her quest to not drink, Ivanova was flopped on a couch in the common room watching Evil Alien Conquerors and wondering how this movie had ever manage to be made.

Still, she found herself quoting along every time the evil alien conquerors threatened that someone will "die in agony, begging for mercy - and we will gladly provide it."

After a quick jog on the treadmill, Pip settles into a good routine on the bag. He is completely unaware of any conspiraces, prophetic dreams, chips in people's heads, or attempts by spirits inhabiting inanimate objects to hook up two unrelated people.

He is, all in all, very unaware. He appears pretty happy, though. Who's to say ignorance isn't bliss?

The lemurs had danced themselves out. It was only fair to return the guitar they'd nabbed.

They propped it up exactly where they had found it, outside the door of one of the human's rooms, then scurried off into the shadows.

Being lemurs, they didn't know there'd been a note to go with it. So they couldn't have replaced that.

[ooc: lemurs modded to fix a lovely little plot hole.]

Nadia had felt like a ghost, walking through town on her way back from visiting Bel. She didn't feel connected to Fandom, for some reason, or to the various NPC people she'd passed on the walk. The feeling hadn't faded when she'd gone into the dorms, either.

She stopped by her room to get a few small things to eat and check her voicemail. Damn. It seemed like there were still a lot of people worried about her.

She'd have to start talking to them, eventually, she supposed.

She plopped herself down on the common room couch, in an attempt at being normal and social, and turned on the TV.

Surprise, surprise, Bitterwoman was on.

[ooc: open to whoever, for all your common room needs.]

After spending some time poking around the alley behind Luke's, Veronica found herself standing outside of Dr. Grissom's apartment. She hoped that she could obtain his assistance without having to give away too many of her secrets.

Taking a deep breath, she knocked on his door.

Inside, Grissom looked up from his laptop, slightly surprised by the knock on his door. He saved the document he was working on and stood up quickly, walking over to the door and opening it just a crack, before seeing Veronica and opening it fully.

"Ms. Mars. Hello," he greeted her with a hint of concern.

"Hi, Dr. Grissom. Sorry to bother you on a Sunday, but, well, I kind of need a favor," she said, not quite meeting his eyes.

Grissom noted both the formality of her tone and her lack of eye contact. He gestured inside the apartment with his free hand.

"Would you like to come in?"

What happened in room 146?? )

[ooc: the fact that Veronica stopped by Grissom's room is fine for broadcast. Content of their convo? Not so much. Pre-played via email with [livejournal.com profile] drgrissom. IC interaction not possible, OOC comments okay.]

Angela felt like spending the last few hours of her weekend around people.

So she went down to the second floor common room and found it .... empty?

Weird.

She turned on the TV and settled in, watching a rerun of Wendy the Werewolf Hunter. It was an episode about the lesbian couple; Violet and Skye were reconciling after a huge fight.

Somehow, she did not see this ending well.
