They'd received the script from Troy's friend Kelsi just the day before, and were a little excited and ready to go -- and were too excited to wait and find the advisor first... Well, things would work out. They hoped. If not, it wouldn't be the first show ever that got cancelled.

The stables: Friday morning

Karal was kind of missing Molly.

It wasn't in his nature to mope, though. Instead, he'd saddled Trenor, marked out a rectangle by putting a bucket, weighted down with rocks, at each corner, and was currently putting him through his paces. Walk, trot, canter, extension, collection. Trenor was listening perfectly this morning, moving supple and smooth, responding to the lightest of signals.

Karal loved moments like this, when he and Trenor were moving as one, when it almost felt like they were thinking as one, and he was paying attention to nothing else as they moved into a half-pass, crossing from one side of the impromptu ring to the other.

First Floor Lobby: Evening

Mel has a bag packed and a strange looking apple looking thing in her hand. She had handwavily sent out an e-mail and told a few friends that she was going to be heading home.

She also said this would be where she would be before she left just in case they wanted to see her off.
