The Stables, Thursday Morning

Thursday was another of Beauty's free days, and having promised Greatheart some extra time this morning, she was down in the stables bright and early. After taking a few moments to greet Trenor with a pat on the nose and an apple, she'd set about grooming the big gray until his coat shone, and now she was paying special attention to his slightly shaggy mane.

And, of course, regaling him about the adventures of her movie watching with Andrew the previous night. Star Crossed Lovers had been followed up by one of the James Bund movies, and although Beauty did agree with Andrew's appreciation for the lead actor, she had this odd feeling that he'd have been better blond.

Victor needed to flee the confines of the room he shared with Longbottom for a time, so he brought his notebooks out into the common room and put up a sign saying "DO NOT DISTURB."

Because that was going to go over well in a public space.

Before classes, Jack had some time to kill, so he was making breakfast. In the common room. And raiding the fridge and the kitchenette.

Because a bacon and eggs and bell peppers and ham and is-this-turkey-expired and Questionable Mayonnaise and leftover pancakes on rye is a healthy way to start the day.
