Fifth Floor Common Room, Friday Evening

Rodney figured the one good thing about the big Valentine's Dance was that he'd at least have the Common Room to himself all evening. He made a pot of coffee before settling himself length-wise across the couch. Once he was comfortable, and he was sure his coffee mug was within easy reach, he opened his book and started reading.

Periodically, Rodney could be heard muttering things along the lines of 'physics for dummies' as he read.
