Lee didn't mind this aspect of Student Council at all. It got him out of his room and gave him something to do. And, maybe, he was kind of looking forward to the weekend. Just a little. He didn't want to look too forward to anything less things come crashing down around him but he allowed himself some anticipation.

There were tickets in front of him and a place to vote for Homecoming kings, queens, princes and princesses beside him.

[Tickets for sale!]

Romeo Montague did not exercise as a rule. It seemed like a great deal of effort for little gain. But even after the healing rain in Edge he could tell his left arm and shoulder were still wrong from the break and their time in the sling. They felt weak and stiff and uncoordinated, especially when he was tired.

That wouldn't do.

He made his way to the basement pool after literature class, carrying a towel and a small stereo. He put a Kanye West CD in the player, dove into the water, and started dragging himself through as many laps as he could stand.

Liir didn't have anywhere he had to be and he was a bit tired of being cooped up in his room and so, he found himself in the gym.

True, he still practiced his stances, but it felt better to do them here, the effort assisted by the memory in the flooring, the energy of the place itself. He had gained something from the lessons, a certain grace of movement he hadn't had, and a greater understanding of his own biomechanics (though he wouldn't have put it as such) and it made little to no sense to let those advantages slip just because he wasn't learning anything new. And the gym had been instrumental in more than that, almost like another Munchkin Mousehole, so he really shouldn't have ignored the poor thing for so long.

That, and he'd brought his soccer gooseball with him in case anyone showed up.

[open for Liirishness or gymishness as required!]

This wasn't Lois' floor but she had found that the third floor always had her favorite ice cream in the freezer so she tried to stop in there as often as she could. After stuffing herself full of ice cream she had to sit down and digest with some TV. She had ESPN on and was trying to catch up on SportsCenter when the remote got knocked out of her hand and into Chuck Bass'.

"ESPN, Lane, really?" Chuck asked, using the remote to flip through the channels. "People are going to think you're a lesbian."

Lois grabbed Chuck by the wrist and tried to get the remote back. "Come on, give it back, jackass. The Dodgers are playing tonight."

"Whoop-di-crap, nobody cares," Chuck said. He struggled to get his wrist out of Lois' grip for a second. Eventually he just pushed her back into the couch and sat on her lap in order to get her to hold still. It must've been uncomfortable for her but Chuck didn't really care. He was quite comfy.

"Get off, Bass!" Lois said, trying to push Chuck away.

"I think we'd have to go somewhere a little more private for that," Chuck replied with a smirk.

Harvey poked his head into the common room. "What's going on here?"

"Doesn't concern you, Dent," Chuck said, leaning back against Lois.

Lois pushed Chuck so he was laying across her lap rather than sitting in it directly. At least she could breathe now. "He won't let me watch ESPN. I have to see what they think about the Dodgers-Phillies game tonight. Use your StuCo president powers to make him give the remote back."

"I suppose I could do that," he said, taking his coin out of his pocket. He could easily win it from Chuck. He didn't know it was two-headed. "But first--who do you want to win the game?"

"Dodgers," Lois replied.

Harvey shook his head and settled into an armchair. "That's too bad. I'm a Phillies fan. You can keep the remote, Chuck."

Lois groaned. Boys were stupid.
