Yesterday, Percy had gotten the good news that Grover, Grover who he hadn't seen in nearly a year save for Iris messages, had gotten permission to leave Camp Half Blood for the school's Parent's Weekend. Excited, Percy had forgotten to let Grover in on some of the oddities about the island (and, well, Luke and Nico) and was only now realizing that. Oops. Hopefully Grover would forgive him and wouldn't try and kill Luke.

Percy had come down to the salle not to work off stress but to get some exercise, get his muscles humming and work up a good sweat since he probably wouldn't be doing a lot of sparring this weekend. Sword out, he was smoothly slashing at the dummies. Even Percy himself could see that his skill with the sword had improved for the last few months.

Of course, just as he was gloating to himself, he swung Riptide too low and it clanked angrily against the floor. That threw off Percy's balance and he nearly went face first into one of the hacked up dummies.

Oops.

Third Floor Common Room; Thursday Afternoon [ 03/10 ].

Alexander had some time to kill before Glee Club, and so he was looking for maybe a small snack in the common room. He found an intriguing tube of what appeared to be a potato chip-esque munchie, and, using his thumb, he popped open the plastic lid from the container.

And, the next thing Alexander knew, that tube was empty and he'd opened another. He stared at it in shocked realization.

"Egads!" he said. "It is true! Once you pop, you truly cannot stop!"

He tried to put the container away, but it was a losing battle; he had already popped.
