There had never been a better time for Edward's schedule-mandated long weekend than this. He had scampered out of his room obscenely late and made it as far as the common room, where he'd collapsed on the sofa for a brief nap.

Then he'd managed the cereal. Then there'd been another nap.

Eventually it just seemed more sensible to collect his pillow and his blanket and his spare pillows and his spare blanket and dump them on the floor of the common room entirely. There was food nearby, and it was terribly comfortable. He curled back up on the blankets and blew through another brief nap before scrambling up to go collect that bag of chips he'd found.

It could go on that coffee table. Within grasping range from his miniature blanket fortress.
