Fifth Floor Common Room, Tuesday Afternoon

It was still super cold outside. At least as far as Ringo was concerned. So as soon as she came back to the dorms she'd headed straight for the common room and rummaged around until she found a box of instant cocoa packets. Now that she was on her third cup, she almost felt human again.

Even though she was only halfway finished with her current mug, she'd gone ahead and made another cup, making sure to top it with marshmallows, a trick she'd learned from some holiday movie that had been on the other day.

She'd finally taken off her scarf, cap, and coat, leaving them hanging over the back of the couch as she sprawled out to hum happily and nurse her cup full of sugar. She wasn't exactly in a hurry with it, but if she took too long, the extra mug she made would get cold, and that would be a tragedy.

And an excuse to put it in the microwave where the marshmallows would get all super-puffy. So, yeah, not the end of the world.

At some point today she'd have to start packing for a visit back home, but she didn't have anything else to do for the day, so she wasn't in a hurry. Plenty of time to warm up with cocoa. And maybe take a nice nap or something.
