While she loved her room, tonight it had seemed a little claustrophobic, so after dinner Shiemi had stopped in to grab some things and then set up in the common room to update the data in the Dorm Garden Journal she had started and to plan for the next season.

And if that meant she was drooling over catalogues she's gotten from work of plants from multiple dimensions, who could blame her? "Oooh, look look!" she exclaimed to Nii-chan, who was swimming happily in a small bowl at her elbow. "We should see if this one will grow in the section with the Pillow tree. Listen: 'A tree that sings, though the music may soporify the listener'."

Huh.

"What does 'soporify' mean? It doesn't sound bad, but the school would frown on planting anything that's dangerous. Ah! A Spaghetti tree!!!"
