white_oleanderEverything seemed pretty much in order for Monday Morning breakfast this week. No weird ingredient swaps, no excess of highly processed foods instead, the appliances and equipment was all functioning properly and as they should be, no weird monsters or animals just hanging out...
...well, the gremlin in the corner was back, but Astrid found that if she just gave him a plate of pancakes, he seemed content. And it would probably make sense that him having breakfast would make him less inclined to bite people, but still. Definitely something to keep an eye on or a wide breadth of until she had to leave for class.
And with everything running smoothly, she actually got a good portion of it ready this time before anyone else started trickling in. She was starting to get the hang of it, even if it was still not nearly the level that Wayne had been.
