nadiathesaint: (in the dark)
[personal profile] nadiathesaint
It had taken a handwavey journey, but Nadia got her hands on the proper brownies for Parker, and was sitting on the edge of the roof nibbling on her first one while waiting for the other girl to show up.

Somehow, of all the people she thought she might have to do this ritual for, Parker had never been on the list of possibilities. Just went to show, you never knew what would happen.

[ooc: for Parker, mostly, but it's the roof. Can't stop you from showing up.]

After sunset, people might have noticed that the trolls and bunnies seemed to mostly be drifting off on their own. Or at the very least, attacking less. Or maybe just less viciously. Either way, that was because they were making their way to the first floor lobby. They had planned on an earlier showdown, but let's face it, they have weetiny feet. It took a while.

They gathered on opposite sides of the lobby, trolls on one side (looking menacing with their clubs and their freaky unnatural hair), bunnies on the other (looking cute and occasionally like they'd be clinging to something if it weren't for those freaking troll dolls). Every once in a while, someone from one side would glare at someone from the other, and the others would have to hold the second one back saying it wasn't worth it. It was high drama. Seriously.

Finally, when everything had gone quiet, one representative from the troll side, and one from the bunny side met halfway, in front of the alien fish tank, to work out an agreement. After a discussion, the troll doll stomped off back to its side, and raised its club with a little troll doll battlecry.

See, one of the reasons they fight so much is that they just don't know how to communicate. And now it would have to end in tears.

The troll side attacked first, charging at the bunnies with their clubs raised in the air. The bunnies wasted no time, charging back. It ended with a sudden clash of both sides- not dirty- who then began fighting using hand-to-paw combat. The trolls would try to bonk a bunny on the head, which only made the bunnies fight harder, and you would be surprised how determined a bunny could be when it had something to fight for.

Which was why in the end, after a long and glorious battle, the remaining troll dolls tried to drag away their injured as they retreated, leaving the bunnies to celebrate victory. And to let someone else clean up their mess.

[The bunnies and trolls are gone as of Thursday night at whatever time. Feel free to watch the carnage in the lobby.]

It's early, and there's Aeryn in the gym, trying to hurt the punching bag.

It's officially routine.

[For Luke. And I am going to be omg so late to work.]

Ranma has been cooking up food in the common room kitchen since five. He's a little nervous but he's only burned himself a few times... He sets out two plates of curry and rice and tries to wait patiently, and calmly, for Setsuna to arrive. It'snotadateIt'snotadateIt'snotadateIt'snotadate has become his personal mantra for the evening. He fidgets a bit more.

((ooc: Establishy for a scene we'll play later tonight when we're not leaving for work/class/driving to Indiana... Anyone can come in and do as they'd like, if you bother Ranma though I won't be able to respond until late tonight.))
