Turtle...was really freakin' bored. All the wetness and water made her really reluctant to want to go outside, and with Miley gone the room was stiffling in its boringness so she went out to the common room and was even bored by TV. It sucked. She still left it on, though, for background noise, and went to make herself a peanut butter and jelly bean sandwich with a big glass of milk to snack on while she sat at the table and intermittantly worked on her creative writing story, a crapload of stocks pattern charts, and a fake treasure map that maybe she'd try to convince someone was real, and that if they went out in the flooded town, all they'd have to do was look for circles of light in these spots and then go fishing to find some sooper sekrit treasure. She...saw something like that in a video game once. All the water was reminding her of it.

It was Sunday. It was Sunday somewhere between breakfast and lunch. It was a Sunday suffering from the loss of an hour's sleep but it was also a Sunday where the rain seemed to be slowing down.

For all these reasons and just because, Neil decided it was a good time to make a Sunday brunch-ish type meal.

This mostly meant he added pancakes to his usual weekend fare of bacon, maple oatmeal, toast and on a whim he decided to also add in some eggs. Scrambled eggs were fairly straight forward so long as you didn't break the shell into the mixture.

[ooc: Open with food even!]

The rain's stopped, but Jaye's still not going to try walking around in it. But the animals have started singing "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" ad nauseum and she's sure as hell not staying indoors.

Which is why she's in the basement, going through a handy storage closet and finding a small one-person raft. "Boo-yah," she says, and inflates it right there... and then realizes that that's kind of stupid because now she has to get it all the way up the stairs and outside like this. But still! Raft!

After a lazy weekend, Bel had little interest in doing anything other than kicking back and relaxing. So currently he was lounging on the couch, watching "The Amazing Race." And wondering if it was against the rules to punt some of the more annoying teams off a cliff.
