Friday morning, 4th floor common room

Ami had gotten Billy's phone call yesterday evening and was thus worried. He said it was a family thing, and well, she now knew enough about his family to be worried. Having woken up fairly early and unable to go back to sleep, she had made a pot of green tea (Talking to Karal the previous day had put the thought in her mind) in the common room and was now attempting to do some Calculus problems, and failing.

Dorm Roof, Friday Early Evening

Flight workshop had been . . . well, fun in a nerve-wracking kind of way, if more than slightly exhausting, and Anders always felt a little bruised and cramped after spending time in the simulator cockpit. Something about being part of a battle against a droid army bothered him, though -- more than it should have, given he hadn't been alive during the Cylon War and the toasters had long since disappeared for their own part of space.

He'd dropped by to check in on Mac, which had taken his mind off of the whole droid thing for a little while, but hadn't completely banished his apparent need to brood.

Thus, quality roof time, complete with cigarettes. Seemed like the thing to do.
