They hoped a lot of people showed up. They even had doughnuts from J,GoB for the auditioners!
There was a stack of information sheets waiting to be filled out by eager auditioners; there was also an information sheet, which read:

Supporting Roles: Maria's Maids (3) (Soprano, Mezzo-Soprano, Alto), Chancellor/Narrator (Tenor), Chorus/Dancers
The Dream Oath: Maria and Draco is the story of a far-off kingdom. Maria, a young noble-woman, is engaged to Draco, the prince, but when a neighbouring kingdom threatens war, Draco goes off to fight. This is the tale of the trials faced by Maria in the absence of her love.
The Dream Oath is a stage-musical adaptation of the opera of the same name.
Rehearsals will be divided among two groups; rehearsal nights will be determined based on actor availability.
