Sometimes exercise was a good way to stop thinking, and today River did not feel like thinking at all. The gym was also empty, so the thoughts of others were far away enough to not require effort to keep them out. She stretched out on the floor, leaning flat over her right leg, trying to keep her mind off the replies she had asked for and not received and turning more to the happiness she felt that she would see Simon again soon.

[River is here to meet Lee, but the gym is very open]

Look at that, Meg made it to the gym again. She was surprised how easily she got back into the swing of working out every day. She had stretched and done some of the warm ups she learned in cheerleading before going up to the punching bag. She was getting better at the whole punching thing, thanks to Cassandra. Meg even threw a few badass kicks in there.

She might have cut more of an imposing figure if she hadn't been singing loudly to the songs on her ipod. At least she could sing well.

[It's a gym, so open]

The good thing about this break thing? No classes.

The bad thing about this break thing? No classes. So Z had to find something else to entertain herself with. To that end, she had decided to do some actual cooking, as opposed to 'poking buttons on the Synthetron' cooking. Anyone in the vicinity of the third floor common room around lunchtime would be able to smell Mexican food cooking: enchiladas, to be precise.

Jack puttered around the common room on the Second Floor which was clearly the best, trying to find something good to cook. Hrm. Chicken...spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, looks like it's spaghetti night with chicken.

[Open like a common room. For one person in particular.]

Chad? Apparently couldn't think of anything better to do with his Wednesday evening than sitting in his favourite sturdy common room chair with a can of vegetable juice in his hands, watching TV. Chad, who usually didn't like TV. Who would much, much rather stay in his room and just listen to music.

...But...it was...a model show. The model show. He had to be there, man.

[[ open; duh. I freaking love that they keep giving me Wednesday off, whooo! ]]
