Claire made her way into the gym to set up pretty early, blasting out music as she set out the mats. It felt a little weird doing it on a Thursday, though. Like her whole week had been thrown out. Still, with no classes her week was already kind of out anyway.

Look, everybody needed some form of cake on their birthday even if they had to make it themselves. Which is why Meg was in the kitchen making her favorite type of cupcakes; chocolate with peanut butter icing. And since you couldn't just make one cupcake (unless you had an Easy Bake Oven) she was making a ton for those who wandered in the common room.

Hoshi was not taking her chances on leaving the dorms after dark. Who knows what she could run into out there? After making a quick phone call to let Jack know where she was, she started cooking some chicken teriyaki for dinner. There would be plenty to go around in case anyone else was hungry.
