2nd floor common room, Tuesday after classes

Johnny was bored. Johnny overturned two empty trash cans and laid a piece of board across the top. Then, because yes, he was bored, he made a bunch of paper people, lining them up across the wooden plank. For their sake, he didn't try to name them.

Sitting on the couch, one by one he sent a fireball towards them, torching them, watching them lift in the air and burn until there was nothing left. Yes, he was playing with fire but he was very safe, really. Nothing was catching on fire except for his mini-paper people. How cool was that?

"Yes! Take that you with the cur--" No, he wasn't going to say it cause he didn't mean it. Seriously. He did not name his paper dolls, come on!

The stables: Monday night (during the light rain)

Karal was standing in the doorway of the stables, watching his horse play in the rain. It was warm enough where he was, the scent of horses and hay were always a comfort, and Trenor's antics were making him smile.

:Your horse is very odd.: Altra was watching from the top of the stall door.

"He's having fun," Karal replied, laughing as Trenor snorted, shied away from a puddle, then bucked his way across the stable yard, sliding to a stop in front of the fence.

:Glad you have to clean him and not me.: Altra said, flattening his ears as Trenor pranced through another puddle, sending water and mud splashing up his legs.

Karal just shrugged one shoulder and leaned against the doorframe, not minding in the least the work it would take to get Trenor clean and dry, not when he was having this much fun.

Second Floor Common Room, Evening

Yeah, he had promised Johnny tomorrow, but he was bored and the though of spending one more minute in his room was making him want to scream. So there was a chimp in the common room, watching infomercials. There was also a pile of clothes hidden under the couch.
